While talking about "our list", I pointed out not long ago that there are many different kinds of lists, and "our list", in particular, should be a list of items we actually want, like, and are looking forward to.
Just as vital is the list of things we don't need, don't like, and don't see as a priority.
Those things would fit in the fourth quadrant of the so-called "Eisenhower Decision Matrix": they would be the ones that are not important and not urgent, and would therefore be dropped.
How good are we at recognizing those items as the ones that can be avoided, deleted, ignored?
