Almost every list has a bad reputation, either because the concept is associated with some kind of blacklist and witch hunt, or because most people tend to identify almost every list with a dreaded "to-do" list of items that we actually don't want, don't like, or are even scared of.
And yet, there are many different kinds of lists, and "our list", in particular, should be a list of items we actually want, like, and are looking forward to.
you actually want to think, feel, do, and experience in life]
A couple of examples?
New hobbies to try out, loved ones to call, amazing books to read or re-read, DIY-presents to craft while having fun, the next three movies we have been waiting for, an important skill to learn that we are curious about, a pleasant activity or ten minutes spent meditating or just chilling with our favorite cup of tea...
And so on. When we are talking about "our list", the sky is the limit. In a good way.
PS. My favorite list? The inventory of the things happiness is made of. Just saying.
