Following up can feel scary, for countless reasons.
We may be worried about being perceived as pushy, needy, or even desperate; we would like to do something, and yet we are somehow afraid to fully commit; we are dealing with our own doubts and fears or we are having a very negative internal monologue, sometimes without even realizing it, or maybe...
Everyone can name their own reason, and then some more.
The thing is, pretty often we actually follow up way less than we imagine to be following up and we give up too soon.
[Following up is a way to walk the talk
about what truly matters to us...]
Following up, of course in a respectful way and without spamming around, is more often than not the secret ingredient of every success.
We like to talk about perseverance, determination, and motivation. But without any kind of actions, such nice words may be just that: words.
