Those experienced in practicing meditation, self-awareness, and self-reflection are usually quite used to see themselves, their thoughts, and their actions "from the outside", as they would be looking at someone else or watching a movie.
For most people, however, this is not a daily practice and it may even sound weird or dangerous.
However, this skill can be very useful in order to understand ourselves, our triggers, and our emotions better.
And, and this is the quirky part, it may give us some clues about how we could look like and in which way we are perceived by others.
"Which kind of movie genre would be the best fit?"]
Let's imagine for a moment to be the casting director for a movie about ourselves and our lives and to have to think about which kind of actor/actress we are looking for, how they look like, which kind of attitude they have, how they talk, how they carry themselves, what personality would be a good fit...
Quite interesting, isn't it?
Have fun with this little game!
