Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #304. - Small acts of generosity

During difficult and scary times, if we don't pay attention to our emotions and practice self-awareness, we may tend to forget all the small and daily acts of generosity and kindness we may see and experience first hand.
And yet, it's exactly during difficult and scary times that we need to cherish and remember those acts and tiny gestures even more.

Generosity can have many faces and, for us to be thankful for it, it doesn't have to be something big.
Even something incredibly small and almost invisible counts.

[Small gestures can be very powerful,
and small acts of generosity can go a long way]

Every time that we may feel lost, thinking about those acts of generosity and kindness can make a difference and help to put things into perspective.

Coaching question of the day:
"Who has been generous to you lately?"

PS. This one is for Nick.
