During difficult and scary times, if we don't pay attention to our emotions and practice self-awareness, we may tend to forget all the small and daily acts of generosity and kindness we may see and experience first hand.
And yet, it's exactly during difficult and scary times that we need to cherish and remember those acts and tiny gestures even more.
