Out there, there are countless ways of paying it forward, both personally and professionally.
And none of them is too tiny or insignificant.
That's the idea behind the so-called random acts of kindness.
They all matter. And each of them, big or small, can have an impact and make the difference both for the person performing them and for the person receiving them.

It's all about the process. It's all about paying it forward, and every person can do it in their own unique way.
To me, for example, it is all about the motto "Leave them better than you found them" and how can I live by it, day by day.
