Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #91. - A positive domino effect

You don't need to be a superhero for taking the lead.
Every single day, there are plenty of occasions for taking the initiative and go first.

Sometimes those occasions are small and maybe it's not so easy to see them at first, sometimes they are quite big and either compelling or scary or both. But you should not let yourself be distracted by the size or the apparent allure of the task ahead.

Even the smallest occasions, even the smallest gestures can have an impact and make a difference in your day, your career, your performance, your life, the life of others, with a positive domino effect.

[Taking the lead more and more
can create a positive domino effect
for yourself and others]

Even the smallest occasions can represent for you a chance of doing things "your way", of creating something you can be proud of, of establishing a new, better standard and of showing the way to others.
The more you take the lead, the better you can become as a leader.

Coaching question of the day:
"Where are you taking the lead right now?"
