Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #147. - A smile, no matter what

Among all available ways of building up resilience, smiling is one of the most underestimated and yet incredibly powerful options.
Of course, if we are talking about a real smile: a smile where not only the lower part but also the upper part of your face is indeed smiling.

[Someone is able to put a smile on your face
even under pressure and through hardships?
They're a keeper, so take good care of them]

Being able to smile in front of adversities, difficult situations, challenging times is like having a true superpower you can count on.
Why? There is more than one reason.

Still, let's just say that, in order to smile, we have to be mindfully in the present, and at the same time, we have to create some healthy distance from whatever is letting us worry right now, or creating some dark clouds above our future. This way, we can still acknowledge that not everything is lost, and we have a chance to smile.

Having around people that share your mindset and are able to put a smile on your face is gold.
Be sure to thank them for their presence and support.
