Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #293. - What you can leave behind

We often tend to define ourselves through what we are hoping to reach, to accomplish, to gain, to master.
Interestingly enough, we don't talk that often about what we are hoping to leave behind, to free ourselves of, to abandon, to get rid of.

And yet, those things are just as important.
Any kind of clutter, habits that don't serve us well, unhealthy relationships, self-loathing, procrastinating, negative thoughts... take mental and physical space in our lives, cost time and energy, and they can hurt not only us but also other people.

[Cleaning and decluttering at the end of the year
is just as powerful as spring cleaning. Just saying]

Kissing some of those items goodbye could be the perfect way to kiss this strange, unique, and distressing year goodbye as well.

Coaching question of the day:
"What are you going to leave behind this year?"
