Coaching, reloaded - Coaching question of the day #373. - Setting boundaries, in your own way

Boundaries, and above all personal boundaries, are quite often invisible at first and may sound abstract.
What makes our boundaries visible at once is the way we set, communicate, and protect them.

That's the kind of area in our lives where both actions and words matter: The boundaries we reinforce with actions and words are the strongest ones.
Sure, action speaks louder than words, but there's nothing louder than actions and words that are consistent and clearly communicated on a regular basis, when necessary.

[The answer may be relevant for one area of your life
or many areas as well. Boundaries can be set everywhere...]

Today's question is an invitation to think about our boundaries, where we set them, and how we talk about them as well. It matters.

Coaching question of the day:
"Where did you set your boundaries today?"
