At the end of the day, you are going to have excuses or results.

Even if you think that making a promise that you are not sure to be able to keep will make your loved ones happy, at least for a moment, or even if you would promise something just for not hurting the feelings of someone. Or for not being labeled as bad. Or for so many other reasons that look good at first, and yet they are not.
Don't be that person busy finding lousy excuses for not sticking to her guns and talking BS that don't help anyone.
