Some people seem to be able to make us feel, behave, and think like a worse version of ourselves.
And then, luckily enough, there are also those that seem to be able to make us feel, behave, and think like a better version of ourselves.
It should be pretty intuitive what kind of people have a positive impact on our lives and should be the ones we spend our time with, and yet we are not always that consequent and it may happen for us to be more concerned with the fear of being alone than with the fear of being in bad company or of not being kind to ourselves while enduring toxic remarks, aggressive or manipulative behavior, and unhealthy relationships.
[They can be friends, colleagues, loved ones,
mentors, or even just your hairdresser and your trainer.
Just be sure to thank and cherish them for it!]
Sure enough, each of us has been there at least once, so nobody's here to judge.
At the same time, it's never too late to change this and to reflect on which people bring out the best in us.
Let's start with thanking and celebrating them, and let's make more space for them in our days. It's going to be transformative, both for us and for them.
